Ideally get our with your crew and race cox or as ladies and men. Lady cox for the men so the men can cox the ladies .
If there are gaps where ppl cannot make it think about if you can fulfill that missing person’s ability/side
Boats will be on waiting lists as the logistics of 3 back in the water will not happen often over the winter
